Using the Imaro waitlist site
These terms describe how you may use this pre-launch website operated by Imaro. They apply to the website and waitlist only, not to the future Imaro product.

The waitlist
You may submit accurate business contact information to express interest in Imaro’s private beta. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, a particular launch date, product availability, pricing, or any specific feature. The current target is October 2026 and may change as development progresses.
Email consent
The form asks separately for permission to send private-beta and launch updates by email. You may withdraw that permission at any time by contacting us. The consent checkbox is not agreement to product terms or a purchase.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt to access data or systems without authorization, submit malicious code, or use automated methods to overload the form. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the site or other people.
Intellectual property
The Imaro name, dragonfly mark, website design, copy, and original materials belong to Imaro or its licensors. You may view the site for its intended purpose, but may not copy, republish, or exploit its materials except as permitted by law or with written permission.
Third-party names and icons
Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, MCP, and other third-party names or icons are used only to describe planned compatibility. They remain the property of their respective owners, and their appearance does not imply sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement.
Availability and disclaimers
This pre-launch site and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue the site or planned features. To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise that the site will always be available, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site evolves. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Separate product terms will apply before anyone begins using the Imaro application.
