Early-access information

What we collect

We collect your work email, agency or company name, role, approximate monthly ad volume, submission source, and the time and version of your consent. We do not intentionally store your IP address with your waitlist record.

Why we use it

We use your submission to understand private-beta interest, assess whether Imaro fits your team, and email you about beta access and launch updates. We rely on the consent you provide with the form. You can withdraw that consent at any time.

Storage and retention

Waitlist records are stored in Imaro’s private site database. We keep them for up to 24 months after submission, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or we must retain limited information to meet a legal obligation or honor an opt-out request.

Who receives the information

Access is limited to authorized Imaro personnel and service providers that host the site and store submissions. We do not sell waitlist information. If we add an email delivery provider, we will update this notice before using it for waitlist messages.

International processing

Our service providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Where applicable law requires it, we use appropriate safeguards for those transfers.

Your choices

Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of your information. You may also withdraw consent at any time and lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. Contact privacy@imaro.co to make a request.

Cookies and automated decisions

The waitlist does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not make decisions about you using solely automated processing. If that changes, we will update this notice and add consent controls where required.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice as the waitlist and private beta evolve. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. If a change materially affects how we use existing waitlist information, we will provide an appropriate notice.
